Terms and Conditions

Deposit & Confirmation:
An enquiry is only considered tentative until we have received a deposit.

The deposit to confirm your wedding is $500.00 with the remaining balance and final Numbers due 14 days prior to your wedding date.

All prices in this Wedding Package are valid from March 2019 and are inclusive of GST.

Cancellation Policy:
Any request for changes to the event leading to a reduction of the estimated expenditure, change of dates or times, reduction of the duration, quantity and/or quality of the service, or reduction in the number of guests shall be deemed to be a total or partial cancellation.

Cancellation fees will apply for all cancellations made within 120 days of your wedding day. This applies to all events held at Hexham Events.

Hexham Events is a fully licensed Club and upholds the principles of the responsible service of alcohol, in accordance with the liquor license applicable to the premises. In line with licensing requirements, our venue closes at 12 midnight. The sale and service of
alcohol will cease 30-minutes prior at 11.30pm.
